This restaurant/bar is owned by Belly - a Kiwi who won the New Zealand lottery and moved to Vung Tau, Vietnam
The food and atmosphere are great. Belly spends his spare time and energy helping disadvantages kids growing up in the streets. He has a charitible foundation that provides help to these kids.
